Privacy Policy — Packing Record

Packing Record ("the app") helps online sellers document a shipment before sending it. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with information.

Records stay on your device

The order details, photos, and packing records you create are stored locally on your device. The app has no account, does not sync to a server, and does not upload your records, photos, order numbers, tracking numbers, or notes anywhere. They leave the device only when you choose to export or share them using the system share sheet.

Camera

The app uses the camera only to let you photograph the item, package, seal, and shipping label for your own records. Photos are saved on your device.

Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob to keep it free. To serve ads, Google's advertising SDK may collect device information and identifiers (including an advertising identifier) and usage data, as described in Google's policies. On first use we ask, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking; you may decline and still use every feature. See Google's policy and privacy policy.

Notifications

If enabled, the app may send occasional reminder notifications. To deliver them it registers a push token with our notification provider (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service). The token is not linked to your identity and no record content is included in notifications.

Analytics

The app may record non-identifying product events (for example, that a record was created or exported) to understand usage. It never uploads order numbers, tracking numbers, addresses, photos, videos, file names, notes, or hashes.

Children

The app is not directed to children.

Your choices

You can decline tracking, disable notifications, and delete records (and their media) at any time from within the app. Deleting a record removes it and its media from your device.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
